AdBuild is teaming up with Housing New Zealand and Peddle Thorp Architects to build a 23-unit residence in Auckland’s Mount Roskill. The project needed to meet high living and safety standards as well as achieving a Home Star 6-rating – on a timeline so tight that it couldn’t be achieved by traditional building methods. Working closely with Peddle Thorp Architects, a volumetric modular solution was designed.

AdBuild is currently constructing 20 one-bed and three two-bed units at their Lower Hutt production facilities and civils are progressing soon after.
