Working closely with the Ministry of Education (MOE), AdBuild has delivered the ultimate solution for the Modular Building program, created to assist with temporary and permanent classroom needs throughout the North Island.
The modular program was designed to be efficient. AdBuild has met and exceeded that ideology with the factory operations completing the modules to delivery stage in 24 working days. Further improvements on this are being made daily.
Our classrooms offer a small variety of customisations to suit the requirements of the school, while maintaining feasibility for building and stocking purposes to meet the required timelines.
The classroom options vary in size and so far, multiple projects have been delivered. These vary from single classrooms to 4-classroom projects with multiple breakout and toilet block spaces.
The modules are designed in smaller segments, allowing delivery in the trickiest of spaces. This is a huge benefit to most sites we have encountered over the traditional single-building transportable options on the market.
Rural and remote areas are also a large market for AdBuild. We have a strong group of contacts and contractors who work with us to deliver wherever the buildings are needed.
Quality and consistency are key areas for AdBuild. As such, we use our own staff for completing on-site to ensure the result is of the same quality we expect for all our projects.
The AdBuild vision is to deliver quality we can stand behind to futureproof these schools, while meeting the education sectors need for expansion.
