This exiting project is ADBUILD’s first bespoke individual residence, it is in the early stages of concept design, the project will be on a step site in the Matakana area looking out to Tawharanui Peninsula and beyond to the Hauraki Gulf, with this vistas in mind this 2 module delivery sits high above the slopping site to capture the environment without to much disruption of the natural contours of the land.
