This Project is located in Manakau, Auckland. It consist of 2 separate buildings, each dwelling is made out of 2 large volumetric modules. The buildings are showrooms and will be used as sales offices for a car dealer, each building has separate office space as well as kitchen areas and accessible toilets.

This project was designed to be functional and it has a minimalistic appearance, the front cladding runs vertically to play on the industrial look of the buildings.
