Culture
Diversity
Growth
Inclusion
The influence of cultural factors on a business is extensive.
Culture impacts how employees are best managed based on their values and priorities. It also impacts many functional areas within the business and can affect a company’s analysis and decision on how best to enter a new market.
AdBuild strives to encourage their employees to contribute to the culture of our workplace by promoting positive attitudes, mentalities, interests, perception and even the thought process of the employees as this affects the organisation’s overall culture.
We believe a strong culture impacts the values of our organisation, as well as creating and supporting our mission and vision. The type of culture in a business will influence the financial growth, internal communication, level of risk-taking, and innovation. AdBuild demonstrates a strong commitment to its staff members to continuously improve the culture within our organisation.
We employ a wide range of diverse individuals.
AdBuild employs a wide range of diverse individuals which includes people with a range of different characteristics. AdBuild has a workforce including people of varying gender, age, religion, race, ethnicity, cultural background, sexual orientation, religion, languages, education and abilities. This includes a diverse range of people and skills from local experienced kiwis, through to overseas talent.
The importance of identifying improvement opportunities.
AdBuild emphasises the importance of identifying improvement opportunities across all sectors of the business as we encourage all of our staff to identify ways in which they believe areas within their department can be improved. This is supported and driven through our Integrated Management System.
AdBuild believes that having regular reviews with their staff encourages our staff members to discuss factors such as having enough work and are they being challenged. AdBuild believes that when their staff members feel a sense of achievement, they will strive to accomplish their goals and will benefit from our business’ upward mobility philosophy and promote within the business.
Our staff members consist of a range of skills, including unskilled staff whom in which we train and up-skill as required so they can learn and benefit from the skills they are taught.
Inclusion – the key aspect of building diversity.
AdBuild identifies inclusion as being the key aspect of building diversity within our organisation. Without thoughtful and deliberate discussion and action to cultivate an inclusive environment, all the energy and resources spent on recruiting a diverse workforce may result in not achieving the desired outcome for our staffing needs.
AdBuild is aware that inclusion occurs when a diversity of people feel valued and respected, have access to opportunities and resources, and can contribute their perspectives and talents to improve the organisation, all of which fall into our key business goals of achieving culture, diversity and growth. An inclusive workplace is fundamental for us to maximise our diversity and creating a successful business.
AdBuild strives to implement systems in place to assist with improving an inclusive workplace and thus lifting performance and wellbeing for our staff members.
Our talented & experienced team delivers amazing results

We are very passionate about helping those in need…
and have collaboratively come up with a building solution with other organisations to develop a resolution to the ongoing housing problem.
The solution of volumetric modular housing involves many advantages, such as, minimal time on site to reduce weather delays, mass production of entire layouts to reduce costs, better safety outcomes for workers through reduced working heights, factory level quality control, and we can integrate prefabricated components (prefab within prefab) for greater efficiencies.
As a result of these productive building capabilities, this means we can pass on cost savings and speed of the entire build which means homes are available sooner and are more affordable.
We are committed to leading the building industry in New Zealand and are currently based out of a Wellington production facility which produces a range of residential dwellings, education buildings, offices, and other modular solutions for our customers across New Zealand.
AdBuild employ and contract a diverse range of people and skills, from local experienced kiwis through to overseas talent.
We encourage hiring local skilled and unskilled staff across all hierarchy levels and train and upskill those as required so they can learn on the job and benefit from the skills they are taught.
